Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed at PlayBeam.

1) Processing Times

Most items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. During peak periods (sales/holidays) processing may take longer.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • UK Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • UK Express (where available): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International: delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier delays are outside our control.

3) Shipping Fees

  • Free international delivery on orders above £50.
  • For orders under £50, the fee is £9.99.

4) Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link (if provided by the carrier). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after handover to the courier.

5) Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an undeliverable address or repeated failed attempts, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item cost minus shipping.

6) Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost to you. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment where available.

7) International Duties & Taxes

For deliveries, local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

8) Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

9) PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO or certain remote areas. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

10) Order Changes & Cancellations

We start processing your order shortly after it’s placed. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production/dispatch has begun.

11) Holiday Periods & Delays

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), both processing and carrier times may be longer. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
