Return Policy
This Return Policy explains when and how you can return items purchased from PlayBeam.
1) Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be received back within a reasonable time after your request is approved.
2) Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
- Items showing wear, stains, odours or damage may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
3) Non-returnable Items
- Personalised or customised items
- Underwear, baby bodysuits and swimwear once opened (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
- Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items (marked as non-returnable at checkout)
4) How to Start a Return
Request a return from your account order page or by using our returns form. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return reference. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
5) Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size/colour you want.
6) Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our side, banks/card issuers typically post the refund within 5–10 business days, though timing may vary by provider.
7) Return Shipping Costs
For unwanted items, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping once approved.
8) Proof of Purchase
Please include your order number and proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) with your return to avoid delays.
9) Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Item Received
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos and your order number so we can investigate and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
10) Partial Refunds
We may apply partial refunds for items not in their original condition, with missing tags/packaging, or returned outside the return window (if accepted at our discretion).
11) Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit to the original purchaser’s email/account once the return is received.
12) International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs documentation. Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges where applicable.
